Your resource on how to keep a sane mind in the audio industry!
The audio industry can be a rough place! Tight deadlines, not much time to recharge your batteries, intimidating clients, lack of self confidence, stress, worrying thoughts, impostor syndrome is hanging in the air, worrying thoughts about the future, stress again, regretted decisions, health problems, endless questions about our industry, existential fear is lurking from the dark … and did I mention stress?
It doesn’t have to be like this! My name is Alex Pfeffer and I want to introduce you to LifeBuff, your favorite resource on how to keep a sane mind in the audio industry!
“I’ve known Alex’s work for many years: his music, compositions and incredible soundtracks. Even so, I was very impressed with the LifeBuff course. The content is very well done, interesting and extremely positive. In this current world, where there is so much stress, anxiety, problems related to work or relationships, social pressures, etc., it was something very important for my day to day life. Small daily breaks of strength, positivity and optimism. LifeBuff is definitely for me one of the best investments you can make in your career!”
“Having gone through this course, one of the first things that I could turn into actionable day to day routine is to “Boost yourself.” Every day I’ve taken this to heart for a months and reprogrammed my daily routine I have so much more self confidence. Simple things in life always get forgotten but coming from the rock bottom to where I am now in such a short period of time, is such an amazing achievement for me”

Omg! This link came out of nowhere…and blew my mind.
This is worth reading.
Hey Alex, The last 5 years has been a difficult one and nearly ended it all a few months back. it’s been a rough time for my wife and two kids and finding I couldn’t cope well, even though online I looked happy. Your course has come at an amazing time and today is the day I start making some changes and start taking it back. Thank you again, I know we don’t really know each other but I’ve been following you for years and we’ve talked a few times since I’ve been ill. all I can say is you’ve been there at the right times even though you had no idea you were. Your reach and impact is further than you can imagine. All the best
appreciate the work you are doing to help your fellow creatives!
I’ve read 100s or maybe even 1000s of audio and composing articles over the years, but this is the first one which is maybe as import as all of them all! To sum up it’s about the self-discipline, life and workwise. Of course there are 14 hours sessions sometimes, but this shouldn’t be everyday trough, otherwise you’ll go wild and have a burnout really fast.
Hey Alex, I just want to reiterate my total love and appreciation for these efforts you’re making to quantify your positive experiences. Very selfless and kind of you sir. Continued success to you!
... please be aware that music production is just 1/3 of the game. The other 2/3 are self promotion, a sane mind ... and a few free sample libraries can't hurt either!
Wait, ... woot?
Yes, seriously, can't hurt to try, no?
